This privacy notice is provided to you, pursuant to art. 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation, and in relation to personal data which the Cineca Consorzio Interuniversitario (hereinafter Cineca) acquires as public data available on your research institution public web pages.

We therefore provide you with the following information:

    1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The "Data Controller" is the Cineca Consorzio Interuniversitario, based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO), via Magnanelli 6/3 – postal code 40033 - ITALY, in the person of Dr. David Vannozzi, General Manager with responsibility for the protection of personal data.     3. THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out all the activities necessary to allow you to work on the platform https://iscra.cineca.it/ thanks to which you can:

If you login as a scientific referee:

• submit the “scientific evaluation form” for the applications that you have been requested to evaluate
• update your competence research fields and other contact information

If you login as a Scientific Committee member:

• read the applications submitted to the ISCRA calls

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data you provide to Cineca is the satisfaction of the request to access ISCRA.

The data are collected from the public web site of the universities and research institution. The information stored are: name, surname, discipline, institution, country of the institution, URL

    4. RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The recipients of the data you provide are:

• the data Controller (CINECA Consorzio Interuniversitario)
• Appointed members of the ISCRA scientific committee as reported at http://www.hpc.cineca.it/content/cineca-scientific-committee

Other personal data will not undergo any further dissemination without your permissions.

    5. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The determination of the storage period of your personal data is in accordance with the principle of processing requirements and of the EU funding mechanisms. Your personal data will therefore be stored up to five years after the end of the ISCRA initiative (31/12/2050); after which, your personal data will be erased.

    6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Please note that with reference to your provided personal data, you have the following rights:

1. to access your personal data
2. to obtain the rectification or erasure of same or the limitation of the processing operations concerning you
3. to object to processing
4. to the portability of data (law applicable only to data in electronic form), as governed by art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679
5. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
6. data are not used for profiling

Cineca is required to provide a reply within one month of the request, extendable up to three months in case of particular complexity of the request.
