FameLab pubblic speaking competition is open

The international science communication FameLab contest is open for PhD students and researchers under 35. In this public speaking competition, you will have 3 minutes to present scientific content you are passionate about, your research or a frontier topic in science and technology, in the HPC context too.

The pre-selections and selections will take place in spring 2023 in 12 Italian cities with the following calendar:

• BRESCIA - May 9

 

• CAMERINO - May 17

• CATANIA - preselection May 8 (final selection May 11)

• COSENZA – May 16

• GENOA – April 13

• LECCE – April 19

• PALERMO – May 6

• PERUGIA - May 16

• PISA - May 19

• TURIN - May 6

• TRIESTE – March 31

All registered participants will have a free online masterclass with an illustration of the Fame Lab rules and some presentation suggestions.

The top two winners of each selection will access an international masterclass in science communication in Perugia from 9 to June 11 2023, and the national final is scheduled for September 30 in Perugia.
