Technical issues on the ticketing system

Dear Users,

we are experiencing some technical issues on our user support ticketing system and the HelpDesk service is currently not guaranteed. In particular, it is possible that every new request sent to superc@cineca.it since this afternoon, as well as updates on already opened threads, may have not arrived and therefore we may not be aware of them.

We will update you as soon as the ticketing service will be restored at its full functionality.
