Amber/11 is now available on the CINECA SP6 machine

Dear users,

We are happy to announce the availability of version 11 of the Amber software suite on the CINECA SP6 machine.

Amber11 represents a significant update from version 10, which was released in April, 2008.

To use the tool:

 > module load amber/11
 > module help amber/11
