PETSC version update to 3.7.5 on Marconi

Dear Users,

we have updated PETSC library version to 3.7.5, you can find it as a module in profile/base.

This version is compiled for Broadwell and KNL architectures.

Keep in mind that this new module is now the default for PETSC, so if you need to load the previous version you have to specify: petsc/3.7.2--intelmpi--2017--binary

After some weeks, the old module will be moved to profile/archive.
