Galileo back to production

Dear Users,

the operations performed this morning for the redefinition of the scratch area on Galileo are now complete. In order to guarantee the successful change of the mounting point of the scratch filesystem, for a short period also the other filesystems (hosting the $HOME and the $WORK) have not been available. Hence, in addition to those jobs using $CINECA_SCRATCH, also the other running jobs may have failed and may need resubmission.

You can now access the data stored in the old scratch using the variable $SCRATCH_OLD, while the new (empty) scratch area is accessible by means of the usual variable $CINECA_SCRATCH; please, copy your data from $SCRATCH_OLD to the new $CINECA_SCRATCH within April 14th when the old scratch area will be definitely unmounted and removed.
