Dear users,
we have updated the GridFTP and GSISSH endpoints on PICO and FERMI machines. The new endpoints for the GridFTP services are:
gftp.fermi.cineca.it:2811
gftp-prace.fermi.cineca.it:2811
gftp.pico.cineca.it:2811
and for the GSISSH:
login.fermi.cineca.it
gssh-prace.fermi.cineca.it
login.pico.cineca.it
Moreover the INFN CA has changed its public certificate:
https://security.fi.infn.it/CA/
this change implies that you need to download the new certificate in order to connect to the aforementioned services from your workstation. The following commands will update your local certificates:
$ cd ~/.globus/certificates
$ wget http://winnetou.sara.nl/deisa/certs/globuscerts.tar.gz && tar -xzvf globuscerts.tar.gz
This operation is not required if you are connecting from a Cineca's HPC login node.
Please note that we are observing issues on the Globus Online web dashboard: https://www.globus.org/
Apparently Globus Online has not yet accepted the new INFN CA certificate, therefore the transfers performed through Globus Online involving PICO and FERMI fail.
We will let you know as soon as it works again.
Best regards
