Problems in job submissions on Fermi

Dear Users,
we are experiencing technical issues on Fermi job scheduler, which affects the submission of jobs. The cause of the problem has been identified and we are working to fix it as soon as possible. However we expect some job submission failures to occur in the next 24 hours at least.
