Final shut-down of the old BGP system

Dear users,

we are going to put the old BGP system out of production on October 15, 2012.

We expect the user to take care of his/her own data (in $HOME or $CINECA_SCRATCH), moving them to other available systems or taking them back at home. If you have large data to manage do not exhitate to contact us for support.

Please note that:

    - your data on CINECA_DATA do not need to be recovered, since this filesystem is accessible from the other HPC systems

   - your data originally on SP6 do not need to be recovered since they are accessible also  from FERMI
