BG/Q FERMI now in production

Starting from August 1st, as scheduled, FERMI will be available to all the PRACE projects selected in the 4th call and to all the other CINECA users. The installation was successfully concluded as scheduled, the system has been in controlled production for a 15 days test period and is now ready for production.
