Update on the correction of budget accounting

Dear Users,

the update on the budget accounting scheduled for today has taken place, but its effects are not visible yet on MARCONI.
Starting from tomorrow morning, you will see that the budget consumption displayed by the command "saldo" will be updated, and for accounts that have already consumed all their budget it won't be possible to submit jobs anymore.
