Temporary fix for PBS issues on Marconi - production queues reopened

Dear Users,

while waiting for a definitive solution to the problem arised in the last days on Marconi PBS, we implemented a fix which allowed to reopen the production queues stopped two days ago (prod, bigprod, xfuaprod and xfuabigprod). All queued jobs will be scheduled for execution as usual but be prepared for queueing times longer than usual.  All jobs put on hold by the users need to be released (via the qrls command).
