Technical problems on PICO - solved

Dear Users,
Technical problems on PICO have been solved and the system is up and running again, as well as the services that rely on it (Cloud, virtual machines, iRODS repository,...).
We are still monitoring PICO to be sure that another issue doesn't come up.
