Some pending jobs on Marconi are going to be removed

Dear Users,

In order to fix issues actually affecting SLURM on Marconi, all currently pending jobs with Reason="AssocGrpCPUMinutesLimit" will be removed straight away.

Please, feel free to submit them again.
