Scheduled maintenance updates

Dear Users,
In light of the forthcoming maintenance operations scheduled next Wednesday Feb 7th, we would like to specify that this stop is aimed at fixing some issues of the current SLURM installation, that are affecting job scheduling.
All pending jobs with Reason="AssocGrpCPUMinutesLimit" will be removed at the start of the maintenance. Currently, if a job presents this message as the reason for being idle, it is not going to start no matter how many time it stays enqueued. You may want to delete those jobs yourselves and try to submit new ones before the maintenance.
