Scheduled maintenance of GALILEO and dismissal of $SCRATCH_OLD on July 21

Dear Users,

this is to inform you that on Tuesday, July 21st, GALILEO will be closed for scheduled maintenance operations. The stop will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the cluster will be back to production within the afternoon of the same day. During the operations the login nodes will not be available.

After the maintenance, the $SCRATCH_OLD filesystem will be dismissed and it won't be available anymore for access. This variable was created to access the previous Scratch filesystem, so that your data could be copied from there to the new $CINECA_SCRATCH. After the maintenance, the old scratch filesystem won't be mounted again.
