New RCM version available

Dear users,

we would like to inform you that a new version of the Remote Connection Manager is available. Please find the user documentation and the link to the download page at:

http://www.hpc.cineca.it/content/remote-visualization

If you already are a RCM user, you will be asked to update the  application next time you run it; an automatic procedure will download  and replace the current one.
Please beware that the display created with the old RCM will be not accessible through the new one.

Some new features:

- Multi-login: manage more than one cluster in the same RCM session
- Multi-node: manage all the the remote displays created on a cluster
even if running on different nodes
- Display sharing: share a remote display with another user
- Removed the 40 seconds timeout when creating a new display
