new queues are now defined on PLX for scientific users:

debug 2 24/1 4 / 0 30 min / 30 min 20 high 22 meteo nodes +125 dedicated nodes

parallel 44 528 / 0 528 / 10 6 hh / 6hh 10 medium 125 nodes

longpar 22 264 / 10 264 / 10 24 hh / 24 hh 5 low 125 nodes

where def. means the default value.
