Marconi100: issue in budget accounting

Dear users,

the recent update of SLURM during the last maintenance (October 13th) caused a misalignment of the budget accounting on jobs that ran on Marconi100.
We now solved this issue and the correct jobs accounting has been restored for the previous days as well. The correct budgets will be realigned accordingly by tomorrow.

We apologies for the inconvenience.
