MARCONI: migration from PBSPro to SLURM scheduler

Dear Users,
this is to announce that the SLURM scheduler will substitute the PBSPro scheduler on the entire Marconi cluster (A1, A2, A3 partitions). The passage to SLURM is scheduled for January, the 24th. The migration will imply the use of new commands and batch scripts to submit jobs; we are working at preparing some general templates and to modify the batch scripts contained in the module help sections, so to make the transition easier.
Moreover, starting from today (Dec 20th), a few testing partitions are available for short jobs, free of charge, on the three Marconi sub-clusters.
