"gdb" module created on FERMI

Dear Users,

a new module has been created in order to help with the usage of the debugger GDB on FERMI.

The module "gdb" contains a script that facilitates the setup procedure for attaching a GDB tool to a running job, and a more direct link to the back-end version of the compiler.
