Gallileo: temporary stop of Mic job submission

Deat Users,

Starting from 5:00 p.m. today, it will not be possible to submit jobs requiring Intel XeonPhi accelerators. This is due to a required change of configuration that we need to perform on Galileo environment. 

Submission of all other jobs will not be affected. The operations should last till tomorrow and we will notify again when submission of jobs requiring XeonPhi cards will be possible.
